Rich Kopcho has over 20 years of experience in operations, R&D, and marketing at high growth, INC. 100 companies and Hewlett-Packard. He has served in a wide variety of roles, including operations manager, manufacturing manager, production supervisor and materials manager.
While in R&D with Hewlett-Packard he participated in new product introductions. His marketing experience with Hewlett-Packard includes new business creation, competitive intelligence, product management, pricing management and market development in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
He is Vice-President of Manufacturing Decision Analysis, LLC—a consultancy and seminar company focused on transferring competencies in high-mix manufacturing.
Mr. Kopcho’s teaching interest started in 1974 tutoring the learning disabled and later the deaf. During the past 25 years, he has attended weekly classes on public speaking, instruction design, and tutoring methods. He is certified by APICS® to facilitate their Train-the-Trainer course and Learning Dynamics for Instructors course—a compendium on how people learn. Having taught throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada, he is sought for his informative, enthusiastic, and interactive style.
He is certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) by APICS®—The Educational Society for Resource Management.
